Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@waxBgone.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sigmar LLC, 15905 Brookway Dr., Ste. 4204, Huntersville, NC 28078.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refunds
Sigmar, LLC  offers a money back guarantee on all of the products it sells. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we encourage you to first call our knowledgeable staff to see if they can answer any questions about our products which may help you better use your product. However, if you should still wish to return your items, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product for a full refund. Please ship the complete item, in its original condition, in its original packaging to:

and we will refund the charges for the returned items. Please note, we do not reimburse shipping charges or return shipping charges.
Warranty Information
Your Sigmar, LLC  product is factory warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will replace it free of charge and reimburse you for shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
All waxBgone irrigation systems ship FREE! The shipping and handling charge for any accessory is $2.77 for 1st class mail (up to 5 business days), $6.95 USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and $21.95 USPS Express (1-2 business days)
